Improved Health, Spiritual Growth, and Martial Training can be the result of practicing Taijiquan.

Peaceful Wolf T´ai Chi Ch´uan
was established by David Shaver in 1995.

Our training focuses on the traditional principles from the Taijiquan (T'ai Chi Ch'uan) classics as interpreted and taught by our Grand Teacher, Master Jou,  Tsung  Hwa, author of 'The Dao of Taijiquan: Way of Rejuvenation'.

We offer classes in Yang and Wu,  Yu  Xiang (Hao) Styles of Taijiquan, Qigong (Ch'i Kung),Tui Shou, San Shou, Taiji Weapons and Neigong (internal energy training).

While Taijiquan is best known in the west for it's health benefits, which are wonderful and extensive, our training emphasizes the balance of health benefits, martial awareness and spiritual growth. Without focus on all of these areas one cannot truly say you are studying Taijiquan. Students need to recognize that these benefits can only be achieved through regular practice.

Taijiquan is a wonderful way of life.
